勤務先で、Microsoft３６５を使っていて、ライセンスやツールをMicrosoftに寄せたい場合や、コストをかけずに、非エンジニアでRPAを活用して業務効率化を図りたい場合、他社製品のRPAからPower Automateへの移行を検討することになります。とは言え、自動コンバートツールはないので、コストと労力を要します。

## １．移行を検討するポイント

　WinActerやUipathなどのツールから、シナリオ（フロー）を自動でPower Automateへ変換する、というツールはありません。多くの場合、「仕様を読み解いて、Power Automate、または、Power Automate for desktopで作でり直す」ということになります。

## ３．移行のデメリット・課題

　他社のPRAとPower Automate（Power Automate for desktopも含む）とは、機能が違うので、移行を進める上で、デメリットや課題が出てきます。  
　その機能に当てはまるフローがない、今まで、上手く動作していたのに、Power Automateで実装しようとすると動かない、というものです。

## ５．移行メリットが大きい企業と小さい企業

Microsoft製品で固めている企業には他ツールとの連携により、導入メリットが大きいと言えますが、基幹システムと連携しているような、大規模なＲＰＡですと、メリットは小さいと言えます。

## 6. 移行支援ツール・サービス

　海外の企業が提供している移行ツール・サービスです。  
　日本でも、Blueprintを活用して、Power Automateへの移行を支援している企業がいます。  
　一定規模以上のRPAの場合、Power Automateの知見を持つシステム会社や、専門の会社に相談してみるのも選択肢のひとつです。
