### Microsoft Formsでの効率的な顧客対応

 

　Microsoft Formsは、顧客アンケートやフィードバックの収集に便利なツールですが、回答後の顧客対応が手動だと、迅速に対応できない場合があります。フォームへの回答を受け取る度に、手動でメールを送信するのは手間がかかります。

### **PowerAutomateを使った自動返信メールの設定**

 

　Microsoft FormsとPower Automateを組み合わせることで、フォームの回答受信後に自動でメールを返信するシステムを構築できます。

フォーム回答の受信データをトリガーとしてメール送信プロセスを自動で開始できます。

 

１．フロー名を設定  
２．「新しい応答が送信されるとき」を設定  
３．「応答の詳細を取得する」＞「フォームID」「応答ID」を設定  
４．「動的なコンテンツの追加」で「Office３６５Outlook」＞「メールの送信（V２）」を設定  
５．「メールの送信（V2）」＞「宛先（アンケート結果のメールアドレスを選択）」

　　「件名（例：アンケート結果ありがとうございます）」「本文（パラメータで、宛先（会社名、氏名）を入力、本文を入力）」を設定

６．フローチェッカーでテストをする

⇒アンケートに回答して、自動メールが来るか確認します

 

この仕組みを使うことで、例えば、「回答ありがとうございます」というカスタマイズ可能な返信メールを即座に送信し、回答が完了したことを確認できます。
